Resin Coasters workshop

A 3 day resin workshop,Suitable for Beginners to intermediate resin artists or craft enthusiasts.

We will make 4 coasters. Two in blooming technique and 2 in velvety touch technique

and a BONUS car hanging pendant .

All material will be provided including

• Epoxy resin & hardener

• Silicone coaster molds

• Alcohol inks / resin pigments

• Mica powder

• Heat gun 

• Mixing cups & sticks

• Gloves

• Any decorative elements

Cotton cord / chains for pendant

DAY-1

We will begin with basics of resin and then move on into basics of coasters and mixing explaining the blooming technique as well as how to create velvety look coasters using mica powders. I will demonstrate each steps with you. Resins tends to cure in 24hrs so we will proceed in steps. .Our workshop includes a BONUS pendant making with travelling dua as well. Pouring day done.

DAY-2

After 24 hrs we will add final layer of resin to the coasters and work on our car hanging pendant-We will be Adding the text Dua and crushed glass

DAY-3

Demolding day for our Coasters & car hanging pendants.

This is the day we will reveal our creations. We will demold the coasters to see the patterns created by the resin flow. Remember NO TWO RESIN PIECES are similar, resin tends to flow in its own and still creates stunning results. Its a HIT or MISS as resin requires practice and patience .However the results are always magical due to its shine .After de molding we all give the coasters a gold edge and they are all set for you guys to take home
